Infrastructure
We believe that a quality learning environment is critical to increasing students enrolment, attendance, engagement and overall learning outcomes – so we repair, build and maintain schools to ensure that all of our students have access to a safe and healthy place to learn.

Teacher Development
To ensure students are learning effectively, we are changing the way teacher development programs are facilitated through workshops, and personalised coaching. We equip teachers with innovative, interactive methodologies and age appropriate, dynamic materials to enhance teaching of the national curriculum. Through this we ensure students are receiving a high quality education, and we provide teachers with necessary training and innovative resources, thus enhancing the delivery of the curriculum and empowering them to lead dynamic and effective lessons.

Scholarship
Our Scholarships program is an initiative to bring life-changing opportunities to students in need. By identifying meritorious students from underserved backgrounds, and providing life-changing opportunities to pursue their passions through a full scholarship by giving the students resources they need for a full year of learning thus
catering to the entire lifecycle from childhood to livelihood.

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
Though our WaSH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) program, we provide children with access to clean water, private bathrooms and good hygiene practices to foster the growth and development of students. We believe that providing safe, clean WaSH infrastructure coupled with knowledge on hygiene behaviours is essential for keeping children health and happy when in school.
